During their time-out, we maintain contact through our ‘Keep in Touch’ initiatives. How do we organize this? With some really good ideas! We made an employee survey regarding this current topic, took their suggestions on board and planned the initiatives.
So today, the parent-child breakfast took place for the first time, and it will be held regularly. With a nappy-changing table and a play area for the kids, we’re well equipped in our company. The young parents had a good time together with their collegues, shared experiences and so they remain part of the team. Our company’s sports and health programmes can also continue to be used. Invitations to company parties and open days at the company with their children strengthen the connection and sense of belonging.

[1

post-3677","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-nicht-kategorisiert
["GET
