On 16 March, participants from various countries took part in the Anatomy Workshop: Total Knee Arthroplasty’, which took place at the EAC – European Anatomy Campus in Mülheim/Ruhr. The instructors, Prof. Uwe Maus, MD (Head of the Department of Orthopaedics, Medical University of Lausitz – Carl Thiem) and Dr Katharina Schultz (Senior physician, Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, University Hospital Düsseldorf) combined scientific expertise and practical experience to discuss treatment options and surgical techniques using the BPK-S Integration knee system in primary and revision surgery. Participants practised their surgical skills on human specimens.
