On 17 March, international participants in the workshop ‘Complex Primary and Revision Total Hip Arthroplasty’ at the EAC – European Anatomy Campus had the opportunity to expand their anatomical and surgical knowledge. Practical exercises on the implantation of the MRP-TITAN and MRS-TITAN Standard/Maximum revision implants were carried out on human specimens. Under the guidance of instructors PD Dr Max Jaenisch (Senior Consultant, Department of Joint Surgery, University Hospital Bonn) and PD Dr Frank Fröschen (Consultant, Department of Orthopaedics, University Hospital Bonn), cases from daily practice, surgical decision-making and the appropriate choice of implant were discussed.
